❊ About Us

Empowering teachers to support neurodivergent learners in today’s classrooms.

THE NEED: One in five students in Australian classrooms requires disability-related support, yet only 4.7% of teachers have formal training to meet these needs. Around 15-20% of students are neurodivergent (e.g. autism, ADHD), meaning many children in our classrooms are at risk of being misunderstood or excluded.

By merging clinical and educational expertise, the Minds in Bloom Learning keynote/workshop series will equip teachers and early childhood educators with practical, evidence-informed strategies to support every learner. Together, we can ensure that your school continues to lead the way in creating classrooms where every child feels safe, seen, supported, and stretched.

Minds in Bloom Learning was born from a co-partnership between Olivia Green, Director or Northside Speech Pathology and Stephanie Salazar, Director of Sanctuaries of Learning.

Northside Speech Pathology is a multidisciplinary allied‑health practice with over 13 years of experience supporting children’s communication, learning, and participation. The team specialises in translating therapy principles into accessible, evidence‑based strategies for home and school settings.

Sanctuaries of Learning is an educational leadership consultancy focused on building instructional sanctuaries—environments where staff and students can flourish through reflection, coaching, and relational leadership. The consultancy partners with schools to embed sustainable frameworks for wellbeing, inclusion, and professional growth.
